A Message from Katy Knox

Dear Valued Clients,

These past several weeks have raised more questions than answers, as we have watched a virus make its way from region to region, and challenge parts of our daily lives.  While we can’t know precisely when it will be contained, and a sense of normalcy returned, I do want to reassure you that we are here for you.

Of course, top of mind for all of us are those closest to us.  I have been touched by the many notes and calls I’ve received, all sharing a consistent sentiment: take care of yourself, and those around you.   To that end, I want you to know that we have ensured the safety of our teammates, so take comfort that everything we do for you—every day—will continue.

Our business continuity plans are being implemented on a market by market basis, as they become necessary.  We are prepared for the long-term, with an eye toward sustained social distancing, and all the implications that could have for our operations.

I know you may also have concerns about the future – and your plans for yourself, your family, and your business.   If this is the case, I hope you will reach out to your Advisor to talk through these concerns, and begin to reinforce those plans. I have tremendous confidence in our team here at Bank of America.

In addition to our experts across every aspect of personal and business financial management, our Chief Investment Office and award-winning BofA Global Research teams are producing valuable content to help you understand the situation. Please visit our latest Insights page, to see what they are posting.  We will continue to publish regularly to keep you informed.

I also want to remind you of our digital account access and mobile banking tools.  If you are not already enrolled, I encourage you to consider doing so now – to give yourself as much flexibility as possible.

I’m very proud to be a part of Bank of America, and our legacy of 236 years – a legacy with commitment to clients at its core.  We know from history there were challenges along the way, but that’s what helps give me confidence in our abilities at this time.  I hope it does for you as well.

I wish you and your family well, and I thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
